At this time, we do not require reservations. This may change in the upcoming months pending flow of traffic and capacity limits. We will adjust this as we learn! We will take cleaning breaks throughout the day, which you and your loved ones can hang out in our seating area while this occurs.

Please note that children 11 months or younger are free if accompanied by a paying sibling, otherwise they will be $8 plus tax. Each play pass includes re-entry for the entire day. There is plenty to do for even our littlest loves, even if they’re not yet crawling in our 2 and under section.
We would love for you to play with your child! Parents are allowed on all of the equipment and in the play houses to help our littles’ imaginations soar! And if you need to get some work done? That’s great too. Enjoy a coffee or a fountain drink while using our free wifi.
Yes! Our turf area is strictly for socks only. If you have to wear shoes due to health concerns, we will clean the bottom of your shoes and have you wear shoe covers as well. We do require socks at all times for anyone on the turf area (kiddos and adults), no bare feet! This allows our crawlers and babies to explore freely & to help prevent unnecessary germs. If you forget socks, we do have them available to purchase for $3 plus tax. For our friends with different abilities who require the use of a stroller or wheeled device, we will clean your wheels before entering the play area.
If your child is playing in the turf area, we ask you to pay for them to do so. Children 11 months and younger are free with a paid sibling- otherwise we begin charging at 6 months for $8. Our play area has areas that are for babies, toddlers, and children up to 8. This is why we charge for these age groups.
We do allow children older than 8 to come into the facility free of charge. They are not allowed to use any of the equipment on the turf area unless they are assisting a younger sibling or friend. There are no exceptions to this rule. If they do not follow the rules while on the turf area, they will be asked to sit in the seating area with their guardian.
Siblings under 1 are FREE when accompanying a paid sibling. Ages 6 months-11 months WITHOUT a paid sibling will be charged $8 plus tax.
Yes! We do have fountain drinks, bottled beverages, and light snacks available to purchase (lunchables, uncrustables, granola bars, yogurts, etc). We do ask that all beverages and food be consumed in our seating areas. We want to keep our turf and play area as clean and safe as possible! You also may NOT bring in a birthday cake or cupcakes during open-play hours unless reservations/arrangements have been made prior to arrival.
We will serve a variety of coffee and lattes, as well as, other energy drinks and fountain drinks. Food options include: lunchables, italian small plates, yogurt, cheese sticks, granola bars, veggie straws/goldfish, and other small prepacked snacks.
Yes, once you purchase a day pass, you can stay and play as long as you like during business hours. You may leave and re-enter later in the day if your kiddo needs a break or nap.. Re-entry will be based off availability and capacity limits. Please ask a member of our staff about re-entry.
You may bring in food/drink that works for your family. You may also leave to grab lunch or a snack for your family and re-enter (based off capacity and availability). Please see a member of our staff if you need to leave and re-enter at a later time.
We encourage you to feed your child wherever and however you feel comfortable, but please ask if you would like more privacy as we do have a private mother’s room with a changing table, handwashing sink, and rocking chair.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please double-check your items before exiting the facility. If you have found that you or your kiddo left something behind, please give us a call so we can try to locate the item for you. We will have a lost and found bin as well but these items will be donated monthly if not claimed.
No. Memberships may only be used within an immediate family ONLY. You may not allow other families to use your passes at any time, even if they are visiting with you. Your membership will be tied to the guardian picture and the children’s pictures taken when they arrive.
Yes, we accept cash and all major cards including American Express, and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks. Please bring bills $20 or less to ensure we have proper change for you.
No. At this time we do not allow “walk-in parties”. Please contact our facility for birthday party options. We do require reservations for any party that involves cake/cupcakes/presents. If you do not have a reservation, we will ask you to leave those items in your vehicle.
We are not requiring reservations during our soft opening times. We will begin to require reservations if capacity limits become an issue. Our facility currently has a backyard club inflatable with toddler slide, several animal and nature inspired soft play items, imaginative play houses featuring a jail, bank, grocery market, icecream truck, vet clinic and hair salon, interactive light bright, interactive ball tunnel wall, and a soft play area for 2 and under. Our space has free-wifi with an area to enjoy a coffee, eat lunch, or just to relax. Meet a friend at K&b’s or make a new one- we hope that you feel safe and comfortable at our facility.
